We are recruiting 2 people for this position
Account Manager

Your tasks:

• Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of professional and long-term relationships with existing ones,
• Research of customer needs, preparation of a marketing action plan and advice on the company’s product portfolio offered,
• Sales service (preparing offers, meetings with customers, winning orders from customers, finalising contracts, building a positive corporate image).

If you meet our requirements

• Experience of working in a similar sales or related position in an advertising, media, event or other marketing agency,
• Ease of communication with others, understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
• Knowledge of Internet marketing, Google, Internet analytics and the Internet advertising market,
• Efficient preparation of commercial offers and presentations,
• Showing success in building long-term business relationships and initiative in action,
• Having your plan to achieve the goal,
• Good work organization,
• Motivation and commitment,
• Excellent knowledge of at least one foreign language, knowledge of more than that will be an additional asset,
• knowledge of Excel at least on intermediate level and ability to create reports.
• Knowledge of these will be another asset: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress.

• WordPress and UX, and you want to design effective websites that meet the objectives of your customers,
• Positioning (SEO) in Google and want to optimize websites,
• Copywriting and you want to create quality content,
• Computer graphics and you want to create Display ads in Google Ads, on Internet portals and social networks,
• YouTube and you want to create valuable visual content and movie ads and run YouTube channels,
• Social networks and you want to create attractive content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn,
• Analytical tools and want to improve the effectiveness of Internet marketing by analyzing the industry, competition and information acquired during the campaign,
• The art of transferring your knowledge and experience to other people in an effective way,

We create flexible positions based on your competences and the needs of our clients. At the moment, we are looking for candidates for designing and developing websites on WordPress and UX, conducting Google Ads campaigns in Polish and in all other European languages ​​as well as establishing business contacts with clients. We prefer you to know 2 foreign languages ​​at least at level B2.
